Meet Gina Paulick
Gina Cefalu Paulick is a community leader, business professional, and Mount Pleasant Trustee who believes government should work for the people it serves.
Raised in a military family, Gina learned early the values of service, responsibility, and hard work. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Communications before building a successful career in sales with Johnson & Johnson and PowerBar.

After starting a family, Gina transitioned into real estate, spending more than 20 years helping families achieve the dream of homeownership while raising her two daughters in California’s East Bay.
When Gina relocated to Racine to build a life with her husband, she embraced the Wisconsin way of life and quickly became deeply involved in the community. Her leadership experience includes serving as President of homeowner associations in Wisconsin, Past President of Racine Toastmasters, Current Member of the Racine GOP Board and Lincoln Day Chair, and currently is serving as Village of Mount Pleasant Trustee.
Gina has also served on the Board of Appeals and EMS committees, bringing practical leadership and real-world experience to local government.
After 30 years as an Independent voter, Gina chose to run as a Republican because she believes Wisconsin families deserve fiscal responsibility, accountability, and common-sense solutions focused on affordability, education, and safe communities. She considers herself the “Common Ground” candidate looking for the ways to support the common ground for all people in District 66!
